MARCO ISLAND • 1986-1989
This 52 unit golf course condominium, located in exclusive Hideaway Beach, was completed and sold in 1989 for $15 Million.
Key Marco
MARCO ISLAND • 1990-1996
Key Marco is an exclusive development of 134 single-family lots on one of the last island developments in Florida. These home sites range from $250,000 to over $1 Million.
Independence Bay
DEERFIELD BEACH • 1981-1986
This 852-acre project involved both a major land development and building construction program. A total of 821 single family, villas and garden apartments were constructed and sold with a sellout value in excess of $53 Million.

A 169 home subdivision constructed with a sellout value in excess of $25 Million.

A 245 single-family home subdivision involving both land development and home building.

TEXAS VENTURES
Timber Creek Place
HOUSTON • 1978-1983
A successful commercial, office and townhouse community on State Highway 6 in West Houston set around its own 12-acre lake. This project was completed in 1983.

The following list of Canadian projects is further testimony to the extent and scope of the Group’s experience. In all cases, these projects were administered, managed and supervised throughout The Ronto Group Companies.
Market Square
TORONTO, ONTARIO
An exclusive, $125 Million, 306 unit condominium apartment and 75,000 square foot shopping mall multi-plex movie theatre and parking garage complex in downtown Toronto. Winner of many housing and design awards, the project was completed in 1984. All of the condominiums were sold by 1985.
Major Mackenzie Drive Project
RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO
This is a multi-unit apartment complex on a single site. The project was commenced in 1986 and completed in 1988. It comprised:
• St. Marks Apartments: a 150-unit turnkey project for the Richmond Hill Ecumenical council.
• Rosetown, a provincially sponsored turnkey project of 125- unit senior-citizens apartment building.
• Mackenzie Square: A 220-unit condominium building.
The total project embraced some 17 acres and was valued in excess of $45 Million.
St. James Square
TORONTO, ONTARIO
A multi-use site in downtown Toronto, it is comprised of three buildings, the first “Journey’s Court” Hotel, a 5,000 sq.ft. office building, and a 65 unit residential condominium blocks and represents a total value of about $32 Million. This project was completed in 1987.
Scarborough Fair
SCARBOROUGH, ONTARIO
A 550 unit condominium building at Lawrence and Midland Avenues. The Project also contains approximately 50,000 square feet of retail and 20,000 square feet of commercial space.
Riverside Court
TORONTO, ONTARIO
A 218-unit condominium apartment building on Weston Road which overlooks the Humber Valley. This project was completed in 1986.
Burrows Hall
SCARBOROUGH, ONTARIO
A 108-unit turnkey project for Scarborough Heights Co-op Inc. This project was completed in the fall of 1989.
The Jack Goodlad Building
SCARBOROUGH, ONTARIO
A 170 unit turnkey Senior Citizens apartment building on Lawrence Avenue East integrated with the following project. This project was completed in the summer of 1989.
3000 Lawrence Medical Building
SCARBOROUGH, ONTARIO
Adjacent to Scarborough General Hospital; an existing occupied medical centre has been completely renovated and an extension of 12,000 square feet and parking garage added for a total expenditure of $13 Million.
Observatory Lane
RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO
A 350-unit family and seniors turnkey project was built for the Richmond Hill Ecumenical Church Group. Construction of the project was completed in the spring of 1991. Total value of this project was approximately $40 Million.
Wellington
BRAMPTON, ONTARIO
This 1,040 acre community, together with adjacent lands comprising 2,000 acres in total was sold to major home-building interests. Ronto designed and obtained all government approvals necessary to commence development. It constitutes the largest Metro area residential land assembly since Erin Mills and Meadowvale.
Social Housing
A joint venture with Lincoln Realty Capital, Inc. (a subsidiary of Lincoln Savings Bank of New York) developed as a turnkey contractor social housing units for various 8 agencies in Metropolitan Toronto. 150 townhouse units (Newmarket) and 59 townhouses (Barrie) were completed; a 100-unit apartment building (Oakville) and mixed-use development of 170 residential together with 22,000 square feet of commercial space (Vaughn) were also completed.
Primary Housing
A joint venture with MlCC Properties was formed to develop affordable housing units in the Greater Toronto area. This venture has completed a 288 unit townhouse development in Newmarket (104 social housing units for York Region Social Housing and 184 market condominium units) and a 59 unit townhouse project in Bathe. A 186 unit turnkey development in Whitby. A 148 unit development in Brampton, a 225 unit development in Mississauga and a 143 unit development in Oakville have been completed.
Grand View Shopping Centre
OSHAWA, ONTARIO
A 60,000 Square feet commercial centre was constructed and leased up by the company. The Centre was sold in September 1990.
Stonehaven West
NEWMARKET, ONTARIO
150-acre 500 unit housing development with a price range of $175,000 to $350,000. Ronto did both land development as well as construction for this project.
