† TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As described in this paragraph, Ronto Realty has created an escalating commission structure for real estate sales agents who sell units in the following condominiums developed by the Ronto Group and its affiliates: Eleven Eleven Central; Naples Square III; Quattro at Naples Square; Seaglass at Bonita Bay; and Omega Bonita Bay (collectively, the “Communities”). Any real estate agent who is the procuring cause as the representative of the buyer of a unit in any of the Communities during the 2020 calendar year, where that unit is (i) owned and being offered for purchase as original developer inventory by an affiliate of the Ronto Group; and (ii) is not a resale (even if offered by the developer or the Ronto Group or Ronto Realty) (“Unit”) will receive commissions as follows*:
For the 1st Unit sold by that agent: 3% of the net sales price** of the Unit
For the 2nd Unit sold by that agent: 4% of the net sales price** of the Unit
For the 3rd Unit and any other additional Unit sold by that agent: 5% of the net sales price** of the Unit
* Commissions paid in accordance with the current commission structure for each community.
** Net Sales Price means the sales price of the Unit less (i) any credits and the value of other incentives given to the purchaser; and (ii) the value of any personal property, all as determined by the Seller / Developer. Upgrades are not included in determining the sales price of the Unit and are separate.
