The Ronto Group, in partnership with Wheelock Capital, announced it will be building two new condominium high-rise towers at The Colony at Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs. The award-winning developer expects to begin pre-construction sales on the first of the two towers in late 2021 or early 2022. The on-site sales center is expected to open in late 2021. The residences will showcase spacious open concept floor plans with an array of luxurious features and finishes. Additional details will be announced soon.
