Infinity’s lobby to convey Ronto’s approach to luxury

Naples Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Principal Designer at Renee Gaddis Interiors, is creating the design for the luxurious lobby at Infinity, a new luxury high-rise to be built by The Ronto Group in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital at The Colony in Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs. The lobby will make an immediate statement and will convey Ronto’s legendary approach to luxury living, an approach that has clearly captivated luxury homebuyers. To date, Ronto has processed 64 reservations worth $176,040,000 at Infinity and 67% of the building has been reserved. Eighteen residences currently remain available for reservation.

Gaddis’ design intention is to create an elevated, luxurious look while keeping the lobby design classic, eclectic, and comfortable. As planned, the design will incorporate wood and metal finishes with furniture pieces finished with neutral, textured fabrics that are comfortable to the touch. Gaddis envisions visitors stepping through the lobby’s double- door entry into a space that will truly be delightful to the eye. Marble-look porcelain tile flooring will be presented in a greige, white, and black pattern. The tile will be set with a brass strip in between some of the tiles to coordinate with the brass details that will be used throughout the entire lobby. A two-level wooden nesting table with a dark finish will be in the center of the lobby area to provide additional visual interest. White porcelain tile will be incorporated in the reception desk with brass strips functioning as dividers on the front of the desk. The wall behind the desk will provide a wow factor and have back-lit frosted glass behind a screen with a brass border. The wall opposite the reception desk will be detailed with concrete pillars at varying heights with a mirrored background in a zig-zag pattern with brass elements. The entire wall design is intended to provide even more visual interest.

A wide hallway will lead to the lobby lounge that will have Tasmanian Oak wood flooring set in an eclectic zig zag pattern. The lounge’s two side walls will be brass metal screens. A pair of sofas and occasional chairs will be finished with a neutral textured fabric that will be both comfortable and durable. The groupings will be positioned in the center of the space and face one another. End tables with a dark wood finish will flank each of the sofas. A cocktail table in the space between the sofas will include atwo-level table at different heights with a brass base and a dark wood finish. There will also be a pair of swivel chairs with neutral textured fabric.

The television/social bar room and the main social room will be side-by-side and flow together. Medium toned Tasmanian Oak wood flooring will, again, be set in a zig zag pattern. The television/ social bar room will feature a modular sofa with neutral textured fabric and a wooden divider in a dark finish between the two sections of the sofa. Leather ottomans will function as cocktail tables and provide additional seating. The entire bar and counter surface in this lounge, hang-out space will be finished with underlit Crystalo white marble with gold accents. Comfortable barstools will include dark metal frames and provide an eclectic touch. The bar wall be covered with an antiqued mirror and feature two 70-inch televisions. In between the televisions will be brass shelving that will attach to the mirror and run all the way down to the countertop. A separate television wall area adjacent to the bar will be finished with medium-toned wood slats and have an inset mirror and an 80-inch television. Directly behind the television, the wall will be covered with the same porcelain tile found in the lobby. The wall between the television/ social room and the main social room will have an open bookcase in a mediumtoned wood finish.

Furnishings in the main social room will include a unique back-to-back sofa in a neutral textured fabric. In fact, it will be one sofa with seating looking in opposite directions. An eclectic modular cocktail table with a dark finish will feature barrel-shaped elements on each end that can be removed to leave the main section of the table that will have a lighter, neutral stone top. Cocktail tables and two swivel chairs will be placed in front of each section of the back-to-back sofa. A double end table – probably a smaller console that can be used as an end table – will be placed at each end of the backto- back sofa. The social room will also showcase a beamed ceiling detail in a medium-toned finish.

A sliding door will separate the main social room from a meeting/conference room. A long custom-made table with a medium-toned wood top and a wide xbase will be used for board member dining and meetings and will be surrounded by comfortable chairs with casters. The wall at the far end of the room is being designed specifically for presentations and will include a large video screen as well as a pair of televisions. A dark wood console table with brass details on the bottom will be set in front of the presentation wall. A long wall of windows will provide natural light.

As planned, Infinity’s multi-level theater room will have a total of eight recliners set in two rows of four. A third row at the top of the seating area will have bar-height seating with comfortable barstools. The bar itself will have a dark wood finish set against a dark patterned carpet. A stunning six-stepped coffer ceiling will feature a medium-toned wood finish.

Gaddis plans on keeping a classic, straight forward style in the elevator lobby. The flooring will match the flooring in the building’s reception area. Mediumtoned wood paneling will grace the walls. Long mirrors will flank both elevators with attractive sconces in the middle of each mirror. There will also be a decorative chandelier still to be selected.

The lobby’s men’s and women’s bathrooms will both feature a cool Calcutta Topaz porcelain tile counter surface with a white, gold, and black color mix. The same mix will be used on part of the backsplash. The remainder of the backsplash will be a dark tile to bring a cohesive male/feminine appeal. The plumbing fixtures and the frames of two large oval mirrors will be brass. There will also be either brass pendant or sconce lighting.

Infinity will showcase a comprehensive array of resort-style amenities that reflect Ronto’s commitment to providing a luxurious lifestyle. The tower will feature a beautifully landscaped exterior amenity deck with multiple swimming pools, including a 4,191 square foot family pool and a 2,500 square foot adult pool with a sun shelf. Hot/cold plunge pools are also planned. An approximately 2,000 square foot game room, bocce, and basketball courts, a children’s playground, social seating, overlook terraces, and a nine-hole putting golf course will also be included. The amenities will be expanded to include second nine-hole putting course and a dog park during construction of the second high-rise.
