Omega homes to be ready for the ’23 season

With construction progressing at a rapid pace and on schedule for completion by the end of this year, buyers of residences at The Ronto Group’s new Omega high-rise within Bonita Bay will be in their new homes in time for the 2023 winter season. The 27-floor highrise tower will be the final luxury highrise tower to be built at Bonita Bay. Just 10 residences remain available for purchase. The clean-lined, modern looking Omega tower will feature 67 residences, including spacious tower residences and four penthouses, three of which are under contract.

Ronto has processed 57 sales worth $219,115,000 and the building is 85% sold. The remaining penthouse is priced at $9,995,000. Pricing for the remaining tower residences, which offer a stunning 4,645 square feet or 4,210 square feet under air and expansive views 78 feet or 68 feet wide, ranges from $4,250,000 to $5,205,000.

Southwest-facing 01 tower residences remain available and are priced from $4,650,000 to $5,205,000. The 01 residences will include 4,645 square feet of air-conditioned living space, an unobstructed 68-foot-wide view, and outdoor terrace areas totaling 1,005 square feet. West facing 02 residences also remain available and are priced from $4,250,000 to $4,950,000. The 02-tower plan offers 4,210 square feet under air, an unobstructed 78-foot-wide view, and 540 square feet of outdoor terrace space.

Standard finishes in the fully completed Omega residences will include wood, stone, or porcelain tile flooring; island kitchens outfitted with designer selected cabinetry, a multitude of quartz or granite countertop selections, a 36- inch SubZero refrigerator and 18-inch freezer, Wolf gas ranges and ovens, a Miele dishwasher, and Dornbracht plumbing fixtures; and bathrooms featuring designer selected cabinetry and quartz or granite countertops, Dornbracht plumbing fixtures, and Toto toilets.

In keeping with its commitment to providing a one-of-a-kind living experience at Omega, Ronto has included six private cottages in the building’s design. Four of the cottages remain available for purchase. Located on level 2, the private cottages provide an ideal setting for a private office removed from the day-today activities in the owner’s residence, comfortable living quarters for live-in help or for an adult child who has returned to the nest, or a private, always available place for out-of-town guests. The cottage residences are priced from $500,000 to $750,000. Two of the cottage plans include one bedroom, 11⁄2 baths, a great room, an eat-in kitchen with a full appliance package, a walk-in shower in the bath, a walk-in closet, a stacked washer and dryer, a separate storage unit on the same floor, and a covered private terrace with lake and golf course views. The cottage 1 plan offers a total of 1,135 square feet, including 965 square feet under air, a 50-squarefoot private storage space, and a terrace measuring 120 square feet. The cottage 5 plan includes a total of 1,075 square feet with 915 square feet under air, a 50- square-foot storage space, and a 110- square-foot terrace.

Three one-room studio cottage plans range from 975 to 1,020 total square feet with an eat-in kitchen with a full appliance package, a tub/shower combination in the bathroom, a linear closet, a stacked washer and dryer, a separate storage unit, and a covered private terrace with lake and golf course views. An additional one-room studio cottage plan includes a total of 775 square feet with 725 square feet under air and a 50- square-foot storage space.

Residents of Omega will enjoy a spectacular array of amenities, including 18,000 square feet of interior amenities, an expansive outdoor amenity deck featuring a massive resort-style pool, and a 4,200-square-foot rooftop terrace common area. Located on the building’s second level, the amenity deck will provide splendid views to the south and west. Contemporary glass railings will line the deck’s curved perimeter and overlook one of Bonita Bay’s three on-property golf courses. A pool with a beach entry and two sun shelves will serve as the centerpiece of the amenity deck.

Omega’s 4,200-square-foot rooftop terrace common area will include two hot tubs positioned next to the terraces’ glass railing, allowing residents to relax while enjoying breathtaking water and sunset views. Two large firepit seating areas behind the tubs, along with an even larger fire table seating area complete with lounges, club chairs and sofas, will provide abundant seating to ensure all residents can enjoy the captivating ambiance. Men’s and ladies’ restrooms, a large kitchen area for catering, and a separate bar area will complete the spectacular setting.

The indoor and outdoor amenities will be integrated to provide a spectacular indoor/outdoor experience. The south side of the building will feature a social room measuring more than 3,000 square feet. Tall windows will offer incredible long-range views to the south and west. The social room will include a bar, a linear fireplace, and a full kitchen that can be used by residents and caterers for special events. Double doors will open to the outdoor amenity deck. Omega’s 600-square-foot theater will be situated off the social room and offer plush couches and chaises to enhance the movie viewing experience. A 2,100- square-foot fitness center will also be located on the north side of the building. Like the social room, tall windows in the fitness room will offer stunning longrange views, this time to the north and west. The Breezeway Bar and Café features a poolside outdoor dining experience and offers casual fare, including salads, grilled items, and fresh sandwiches. An open-air bar under roof is available for a poolside beverage. The expansive pool deck features two fire pit areas with built-in seating that offers a perfect place to relax and enjoy cool springtime evenings. Dedicated pool restrooms, showers, and locker rooms, as well as a towel pick-up and drop-off station provide additional measures of convenience.

The Bonita Bay Marina is minutes from the waters of the Gulf. Wet slips and dry boat storage are available, as well as on-site fueling and light mechanical services. Located on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Bay’s residents-only beach park is just 10 to 15 minutes from the community. Picnic pavilions, grills, beach chair and umbrella service, showers, and restrooms equipped with infant- changing stations are provided. Residents also enjoy Bonita Bay’s 12- mile network of biking and hiking paths. A kayaking and canoeing lodge offers more recreational possibilities.
